After an extensive background working in furniture and design in Dallas, Texas, Catherine Branden opened Monday’s Flowers in 2000, currently located at 760 Lindbergh Drive, Unit #6, Gypsum, Colorado.  MF, Inc. Designs focuses on perfect interior design, exquisite home furnishings, unique accessories and beautiful floral design.

MF, Inc.  has produced award winning projects across the country.  As opposed to larger firms that mass produce projects, Cathi personally oversees every stage and aspect of the design process from beginning to satisfying conclusion.  Cathi is truly gifted and her “eye” is unsurpassed.

Cathi’s love of classical design beauty combined with a sharp eye for contemporary and cutting edge products sets her design work apart.  Cathi has held true to her core beliefs in client service and leaving no stone unturned in her efforts to serve.  These core beliefs continue to serve her and her clients well.

 "I had a property in Vail Spa listed for sale for quite a while. This was a rental property and experienced a lot of usage. Over time the furnishings had become very tired and outdated.  Although the owner had done some updating to flooring and bathroom finishes, the furnishings, window coverings, and lighting were distracting from showing this property in its best light!

The owner met Cathi at her showroom and Cathi quickly got to work with pointing out fabulous options for adding life and wonderful character to the property - it was a fun experience for the owner and the time was used extremely efficiently. Cathi quickly made proposals online with photos of proposed furnishings and pricing - this allowed the owner to make decisions without having to meet at the property for a second visit.

The budget was set and Cathi pulled together the contractors and furnishings to get the job done within a very short period of time.  Due to the rental bookings in the property, Cathi had to organize everything to be completed within only a few days.  She did an excellent job of getting it done - she never complained about the obstacles she was confronted with at the building and unit, she just got it done.
